Important Order Terms
- Product amount only: At this stage, you only pay the product / enclosure box amount shown in this cart.
- Shipping is separate: International shipping cost will be calculated after final packing, actual weight, volumetric weight and carton size are confirmed.
- Available shipping terms: We only offer EXW Shenzhen or DAP Destination Address.
- EXW: The buyer arranges pickup from our factory / warehouse using their own forwarder.
- DAP: We may arrange delivery to the destination address, but the buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, VAT, destination charges and local fees.
- Payment verification: The order is processed only after the correct product payment is received and verified by Bahar Enclosure.
- No refund / cancellation: Orders are final after confirmed payment. Refunds or cancellations are not accepted except in case of confirmed manufacturing error by our factory.
Payment proof warning: The amount shown on your payment proof must match the exact product order amount. Do not add estimated shipping or customization cost. Any incorrect, incomplete, extra, early or unauthorized payment is the buyer’s responsibility and will not be treated as a confirmed valid order payment unless approved by Bahar Enclosure in writing.
Customs & taxes
Buyer is responsible for import duties, VAT, customs clearance and destination charges.
Shipping after packing
Freight quotation is provided separately after final package weight and dimensions are confirmed.
